Web Md has some really great health information. I really like this page in particular. I am not a fan of "the diet". Anything that deprives you of certain foods is setting you up for failure. You will fail every single time. What you can do, however, is willingly not choose certain foods. That takes time, you cant just set a date and make a bunch of changes all at once. You will fail. Play around with this website, put in certain foods you eat everyday and watch your nutritional summary. Your calorie percentages should be: Carbs 45-65% Protein 10-35% Fat 20-35%. Very interesting! There is a lot of other cool stuff on Web Md, its worth a look!
