OUCH!
I dont know why, but my ab muscles are on fire today! I felt kind of a strain today during yoga when I went from plank to cobra. I think thats why they are so sore! I am disappointed because my new pilates video came in the mail today and I was looking forward to giving that a go. I havent done pilates since high school! It is going to kick my butt... Mr. Hollingsworth would be proud!

yikes about the strain, but awesome about the pilates..
